3. Lead Exclusivity

We guarantee that any lead provided to you as part of our exclusive lead generation program will not be sold or distributed to any other contractor or business within your agreed-upon service area.

4. Payment and Billing

Our services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with past-due balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

Northstar Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes.
